Airtel has given the information about launching Airtel Spam Alert Feature through a press release in which it has said that now users will get alerts for spam calls and messages in the local language and Airtel has also shared an image which shows how the alert information will be given to the users.
Alert feature will be available in 10 Indian languages
In Airtel Spam Alert Feature users will get alerts about spam calls and messages coming from local and international networks, users will get this alert in 10 languages which include Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Urdu, Punjabi, Telugu. Now users will see a warning in their phone which will say be careful do not pick up this call and that too in local language, and users will get freedom from unwanted spam calls.

Only Android users will get the benefit of Airtel Spam Alert Feature, because this facility provided by Airtel is available only on Android smartphones. This facility is provided for free to Airtel users and for this the user does not need to do any separate setting. This service gets activated automatically in the user’s phone and for this no extra charge has to be paid nor any request has to be made.
