Educational Qualification
To apply for these posts in AIIMS Vacancy 2025, candidates must have passed the educational qualification which includes 10th/Matriculation for posts like Hospital Attendant, Mortuary Attendant, Multi-Tasking Staff. For posts like Lab Technician, X-Ray Technician, one must have passed 10+2/Intermediate, whereas for Engineering and Technical posts one must have Diploma in the relevant trade.
For Professional posts one must have Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., B.Tech., B.Pharmacy, BPT, BOT, etc.). For Senior Technical posts one must have Master’s Degree (M.Sc., M.Tech., MPT, etc.). Professional qualification like B.Sc. Nursing must be there.
