In the Bihar Elections, the BJP has emerged as the largest party, while the RJD has faced a major defeat, winning only 25 seats. congress has slipped to the eighth position. Even Prashant Kishor who was considered an important factor in the elections, could not secure a single seat for his party. The strong Modi wave is clearly visible in the state. After the NDA’s massive victory, Union Home Minister Amit Shah gave his first reaction. he said that this is the victory of people who believe in a developed Bihar and represents the politics of performance.
Salute to the people of Bihar, says Amit Shah
Shah said that he respectfully salutes the people of Bhar, the land known for knowledge, hard work and strong democratic values. He added that the massive mandate given to the NDA is proof that the people trust the alliance’s work for development, women’s safety, good governance, and welfare of the poor. Shah mentioned that in the last 11 years, Prime Minister Modi has worked wholeheartedly for Bihar, while chief Minister Nitish Kumar has played a major role in taking the state out of the darkness of Jungle Raj. According to him, this mandate is a clear support for the vision of a Developed Bihar.
He further said that every vote cast by the people of Bihar shows their trust in the Modi government’s policy against infiltrators and Modi government’s policy against infiltrators and those who misuse India’s security and resources. Shah added that the people have strongly rejected those who try to protect Infiltrators for vote-bank politics. According to him, Bihar’s mandate has sent a clear message to the entire country that cleansing the voter list is necessary and there is no place for politics against it. According to him, the public now gives its mandate only on the basis of performance. Shah congratulated Narendra Modi, Nitish Kumar, and all NDA leaders and workers. he also thanked BJP workers from Booth level to state level for their hard work. He assured the people of Bihar, especially women, that the NDA government under Modi will fulfil their expectations with even greater dedication.
