Many times children are not able to get enough sleep due to going to school early in the morning and looking at the phone for a long time at night, due to which the nerves of the brain get affected and children get headache. It is very important for children to get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep.

Academic stress- It is another reason for headache problem. Expectations of parents from children and fear of increasing competitions deeply settles in the minds of children and they get into mental stress due to which the problem of headache arises.

  • Digital detox – Encourage children to stay away from mobile phones and televisions. Limit their screen time so they avoid excessive exposure to digital devices.
  • Get an eye exam – Sometimes children’s eyes become weak, which can cause pain, so be sure to get an eye exam.
  • Regular exercise – Physical activity is very important for children because physical activity releases endorphins, a hormone that acts as a natural pain reliever and helps keep children healthy.
