Once all the vegetables are ground, add the boiled and mashed potatoes to the mixture.
Now, take a pan and set the gas to low heat. Place the pan on the low flame and add butter. Add the ground vegetable mixture to the pan and cook it well for 5 minutes.
After that, add salt and pav bhaji masala according to your taste. Also, add turmeric powder, chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook everything well. Once it’s cooked thoroughly, add lemon juice.
Now, knead the wheat flour into a soft dough. Shape the dough into a round paratha and fill it with the prepared filling. Make all the parathas in the same way.
Now, cook the parathas in a pan with oil, cooking them well on both sides. Once they are cooked thoroughly on both sides, remove them from the pan, place them on a plate, and spread butter on top. Serve them hot.
