Makhana Puri Ingredients:
- Makhana (fox nuts)
- Boiled potatoes
- Green chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds
- Salt
- Wheat flour
- Oil
- Water
Method of Preparation:
To make makhana puris, first you need to knead the dough. For this, first take a pan and roast the makhana well until they turn light brown.
Once you have roasted the makhana well, let them cool down. As soon as they cool down, put them in a blender and grind them into a fine powder.
Once it is finely ground and becomes a powder, take it in a bowl and mix in the boiled potatoes, green chilies, fresh coriander, salt, and cumin powder. Mix all of these well and knead the dough for the makhana puris. Add only as much water as needed to the flour and knead it.
Now, after 10 minutes, take the dough and make small round balls like puris and prepare the puris. Now, take a pan, add oil to it, and one by one, add the puris to the hot oil. Fry the puris well on both sides until they turn light brown, then remove them from the pan and place them on a plate. Your delicious puris are ready! You can eat with any sabzi or any non veg dish also.
