- Fresh peas
- Oil or ghee
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste
- Green chilies
- Cheese
- Bread
- Butter
- Green chutney

- Cumin seeds

- Paneer (cottage cheese)
How to make Matar Paneer Sandwich:

To make Matar Paneer Sandwich, first take fresh peas. Wash them thoroughly with water. After that, grind the peas well in a mixer.
Now you need to take a pan and put ghee or oil in it on a low flame. Now, as soon as the oil or ghee is slightly warm, add the cumin seeds. Then add the ground peas and fry them well until the raw taste of the peas is gone.
Once the raw taste of the peas is gone and they are well-fried, add chat masala, salt, black pepper, garlic paste, ginger paste, and chopped green chilies. Cook everything well.
Now add the chopped onion and cook it well until the raw taste of the peas and other ingredients is gone. After this, cut the paneer into small pieces and add it. You can also add crushed paneer if you prefer. Now let it cook well, and as soon as it is cooked thoroughly, remove it from the heat.
