Complete method for making Spring Rolls

First, to prepare the spring roll sheets, take all-purpose flour and a little salt in a bowl. Then, add water little by little to make a thin and smooth batter. Now, lightly heat a non-stick pan and spread the batter thinly on it like a sheet. Cook the sheet lightly and set it aside, then make all the sheets in the same way. Now it’s time for the stuffing. To prepare the stuffing, heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well. Now add the onions and sauté until they turn light golden brown. Then add all the vegetables like carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers. Sauté all the vegetables on high heat for 2-3 minutes so that they remain crisp.

After this, add the boiled noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything well, turn off the gas, and let the stuffing cool down.

Then take a spring roll sheet and place the cooled stuffing in the center. Fold the sheet from all sides to make a roll and seal the edges with a little flour and water paste.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the spring rolls on low heat until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the spring rolls onto a tissue paper to drain the excess oil. Serve the hot spring rolls with chili sauce or tomato sauce. You can also enjoy them with mayonnaise.
