Between April and September 2025, India exported a total of 4,45,884 vehicles to different countries. Maruti Suzuki India played the biggest role in this export growth. the company shipped 2,05,763 Vehicles to foreign markets, which is 40 percent more than the last year. this strong rise shows that the quality and reliable technology of Indian cars are winning the trust of global buyers.

Other carmakers also recorded good export number. Hyundai India exported 99,540 vehicles, showing a 17 percent increase. Nissan India sent out 37,605 vehicles, while Volkswagen exported 28,011 units. Toyota shipped 18,880 vehicles, Kia exported 13,666 units, and Honda sent 13,243 vehicles overseas.

Exports also performed well across the different vehicle categories. Passenger car exports grew by 12 percent to reach 2,29,281 units. Utility vehicle exports rose by 26 percent to 2,11,373 units. the highest growth was seen invans, which jumped by 36.5 percent to 5,230 units. these figures highlight the strong global demand for Indian made vehicles.

This year, india has increased vehicle exports to 24 countries showing a wider cabal reach. these includes south Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Egypt, Vietnam, Iraq, Mexico, Russia, Kenya, Nigeria, Canada, Poland, Sri Lanka, Oman, Thailand, Bangladesh, Brazil, Belgium, Italy and Tanzania among others.
