Veggie Macaroni Ingredients:
- Macaroni
- Water (for boiling)
- Oil
- Onion
- Tomato
- Carrot
- Peas
- Bell pepper
- Cabbage

- Black pepper powder
- Red chili powder
- Italian masala
- Tomato sauce
- Chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Fresh coriander

Instructions:
First, take a large pot of water and place it on the stove to boil. Once the water is boiling, add a little salt and a few drops of oil.
Now, add the macaroni and cook it over low heat. Stir the macaroni occasionally to prevent it from sticking together. Make sure the macaroni becomes soft but not overcooked. After the macaroni is boiled, turn off the gas and drain it, then transfer it to a separate plate.
Now take a pan, place it on the gas, and add oil or butter and let it heat up. First, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns light golden brown.

If needed, add some of the leftover macaroni water so that the macaroni doesn’t feel dry. Now cook the macaroni on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, and finally, garnish the macaroni with chopped coriander. Finally, add cheese and turn off the gas.
