Complete Method of Preparation

First, we will take 1 kg of rice. The rice should be Basmati rice. You can adjust the quantity of rice according to your preference. You can also choose the quality of rice according to your liking. It’s best to use Basmati rice as it tastes good and the grains become long after cooking.

After this, soak the rice in water and set it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile, we will prepare the other ingredients.

Next, we need soya chunks, which are also known as soybeans. Now, take the soybeans, wash them thoroughly, and boil them. Boil them until they become soft. Now, take a large pot, heat some oil in it, and sauté the chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and green chilies until well cooked. Then add the soybeans and rice.
