German Luxury carmaker BMW is planning to expand its MINI Rage in India next year to meet the rising Demand beyond metro cities. At present, the MINI Lineup in India includes the Cooper. countryman JCW and the convertible. With the brand becoming more popular outside major cities, BMW Wants to bring these stylish cars to more buyers across the country. the company is also working on growing its sales network in smaller cities and towns. this move will make MINI Cars easier to buy and service for customers living outside big urban areas. BMW Believes this expansion will help the brand reach a wider audience and boost its presence in India.
BMW India president and CEO Hardeep Singh Brar has said that the company is planning to bring several new products under the MINI Brand in the coming year. In an interview with the PTI, he shared that BMW is focused on strengthening its presence in India by expanding its sales network. the luxury carmakers will enter new cities such as Jaipur, Lucknow and Ranchi along with many smaller towns where it does not currently operate. This move aims to reach more customers and grow brand visibility across the country. By widening its network and launching fresh models, BMW hopes to boost the sales and attract more buyers in india’s growing premium car market.

Hardeep Singh Brar said that MINI is currently present in only nine cities across India. He added that the company plans to double his number next year to expand its reach beyond major metro cities. According to him, there is a steady rise in demand from smaller markets as well. Being locally available also helps build customers trust, especially for after-sales services and support, Brar said this is why the company wants to strengthen both its product range and its sales network. Along with this, BMW also plans to build a strong MINI Community by organizing several events for MINI Owners and fans in the coming year. Hardeep Singh Brar shared that nearly 40 percent of MINI customers in India are already BMW Owners, meaning many buyers already have a BMW car in their garage. this shows strong brand loyalty within the BMW Group . the automakers imports the MINI Range into India as completely built units CBUs. Since 2012, the company has sold around 7,500 Mini cars in the country.
The newest addition to the lineup is the all-new MINI Convertible, which is premium appeal and growing customer base, MINI continues to strengthen its position in india’s luxury small-car segment.
