Honda WR-V RS: Honda Cars India is preparing to launch its sub-compact SUV, the Honda WR-V RS, very soon. It was recently spotted testing on the streets of Pune, without any visible cover. It is expected that Honda will launch it in India very soon. Although its launch has not been officially announced, it is believed that it could be introduced in India by 2026. This luxurious SUV could be equipped with a 1.5-liter petrol engine. It could also feature smart features like ADAS and an 8-inch touchscreen. It will be built on the Amaze platform and is expected to be available at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 8 lakh to 12 lakh.
This will be the design
The design of Honda WR-V RS SUV can be sporty and aggressive which will be successful in attracting people, it will be offered with RS Aero Kit, it will be provided with sharp headlamps with integrated LED lighting and aggressive front and rear bumpers, due to which it will look very attractive.
The 17-inch alloy wheels provided in it are very attractive, apart from this, a sporty honeycomb style grille is being given in it. It will be built on the platform of Honda Amaze, its length is 4460 mm, width is 1780 mm and height is 1608 mm and it gives excellent ground clearance. It is being provided with LED headlamps and sequential LED turn indicators.
Great interior
The interior design of Honda WR-V RS has also been made very attractive, in which it has been offered with black and positive and red stitching in the RS variant and with black interior, it can be given a 7 inch touch screen infotainment system and a 4.2 inch TFT MID can be given. It will be given a leatherette steering wheel and automatic climate control and push button start stop and six speaker sound system can be given, apart from this a lane watch camera will also be given in it. Hard and soft touch material has been used in its dashboard, due to which its interior looks very attractive.
Powerful engine
Honda WR-V RS is equipped with a 1.5 liter petrol engine which produces around 121 PS of power. It will be available with CBT automatic transmission. However, the Honda WR-V RS to be launched in India may have different engine and gearbox options. It can also be offered with a 1.2 liter petrol engine. The same engine is also used in Honda Amaze which produces 90 PS of power and 110 Nm of torque.
