Educational qualification

- Loco Driver Trainee: 3 years Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical) with 50% marks is required.
- Chemist Trainee: 3 years B.Sc. degree with Chemistry is required.
- Operator Trainee: 3 years Diploma (in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) is required.
- Technician Trainee: 3 years Diploma in relevant Engineering branch is required.
- Boiler Attendant: ITI or HLSC with First Class Boiler Attendance Certificate and 5 years experience in the field is required.
Management Trainee
- For these positions, a BE or BTech with 60% marks is required for Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Civil, and 55% for SC/ST/PWD.
- A PG degree/diploma (HRM/PM&IR) is required for HR and Administration.
- A CA/ICWAI degree is required for Finance.
Age Eligibility
The maximum age for non-executive positions in BVFCL Recruitment 2025 is 30 years for Grade 2, 27 years for Grade 3, and 43 years for Boiler Attendant. The maximum age for Management Trainee positions is 30 years. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per rules.
Selection Process
Candidates for the Non-Executive posts in BVFCL Recruitment 2025 will be selected through a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 100 marks and 2.5 hours of time. Skill Tests will be conducted for Technician 3 Grade. For Management Trainee positions, the Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 150 questions and will be conducted for 120 minutes. Candidates selected in the CBT will be interviewed.
