So let’s learn the full details of this easy Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe.

Ingredients
- Fresh bhindi (okra): 250 grams
- Besan (gram flour): 3 tablespoons
- Rice flour (for extra crispiness): 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
- Red chili powder: ½ teaspoon
- Chaat masala (optional): ½ teaspoon
- Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: for deep frying
Cooking Method

First, wash the bhindi (okra) thoroughly. After washing, wipe them clean with a towel properly. Once all the moisture is gone from the bhindi, cut them into small pieces.
Now take a large bowl. Put the chopped bhindi into the bowl. Then add besan, rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix everything well and let it rest for a while.
Now it’s time to deep fry the bhindi. For that, first turn on the stove and place a non-stick pan on it. Add oil to the pan.
Once the oil is hot, add the prepared bhindi mixture to the pan. Fry the bhindi until it turns golden brown and becomes crispy. This should take at least 5 to 8 minutes.
Now take the bhindi out onto a plate and serve it.
You can eat this Kurkuri Bhindi with roti, paratha, or rice. Apart from that, if you want to eat it just with chutney or ketchup, you can also enjoy it as a snack.
Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala on top to enhance its flavor even more.
