All Ingredients
- Papdi – 10-12 pieces
- Boiled chickpeas – half a cup
- Yogurt – 1 cup (whisked)
- Boiled potatoes – 2 (cut into small pieces)
- Sweet tamarind chutney – 2-3 teaspoons
- Green chutney – 1-2 teaspoons
- Chopped onion – 1 small
- Pomegranate seeds – 2 teaspoons
- Bhujia or sev – 2 teaspoons
- Chopped fresh coriander – 1 sprig, chopped
- Salt – as per taste
- Black salt – half a teaspoon
- Red chili powder – half a teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder – half a teaspoon
- Chaat masala – half a teaspoon
Full Method to Make Dahi Papdi Chaat

To make Dahi Papdi Chaat, first take a plate and place the papdi on it. Make sure the papdi is crispy. You can buy this papdi from the market, or if you prefer, you can also make it at home using refined flour (maida).
Now, on top of the papdi placed on the plate, add small pieces of boiled potatoes, and along with that, add the boiled chickpeas.
After this, pour the cold, whisked yogurt over the papdi. Then add tamarind chutney, green chutney, and the rest of the spices like black salt, chaat masala, regular salt, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder on top.
After that, finally add sev, chopped fresh coriander, pomegranate seeds, and optionally some shredded cabbage on top, and serve it to your guests.
