- Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup
- Onion – 1, finely chopped
- Green chili – 1–2, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves – chopped
- Ginger – half an inch piece, grated
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – as required
- Oil – as needed
Step-by-Step Recipe for Making Pyaz Ka Chilla

First, take gram flour (besan) in a bowl to prepare the batter for Pyaz Chilla.
Gradually add water while stirring to make a thick batter.
Once the batter is ready, add chopped coriander, green chili, chopped onion, red chili powder, grated ginger, and salt as per your taste. Mix everything well into the batter.
Now turn on the stove and place a non-stick pan on it.
