UPI New Rules: From October 8, the rules of UPI are changing, now its identification will be done through biometric data recorded in Aadhaar, for this, with its help, users will now be able to make payments only through fingerprint or face recognition without entering PIN.
UPI New Rules : Nowadays, most people in the country choose the online option for making payments and make payments through UPI. There are millions of people in the country who choose the UPI option for making payments for all their small and big needs, whether it is buying vegetables or fruits or shopping, payments are made using UPI everywhere. UPI payment rules keep changing from time to time, recently UPI is preparing to introduce new rules for which RBI guidelines are also included.
Now a new change is going to happen in UPI payments and UPI New Rules are going to be implemented from 8th October. After this feature now the authentication of UPI payments will be done through biometric data, now users will not have to remember UPI for making payments, they will be able to make payments only on the basis of fingerprint and face match.
How will the new UPI system work after the UPI New Rules?
After the UPI New Rules, now payments through UPI will be based on the new biometric system. Whenever a user makes a payment through UPI, the payment will be made through fingerprint scanner or face recognition. Firstly, the data will be matched with the Aadhaar database and if there is a match, then your payment will be successful. This facility will be available only for those users who have linked their bank account and UPI ID with Aadhaar card.
