Design: Aluminum frame of aerospace quality
To start with the design, the Oppo Reno 14 has a metal frame installed. The phone weighs 187 grams and is 7.42 mm thin. It has a velvet-textured glass back that hides fingerprints and feels luxurious to hold.
The ultra-thin 1.6mm display bezels are incredibly tiny. An R-shape is provided for the rear camera configuration. A triple LED flash is located behind the third lens, which is in a capsule-shaped ring with two lenses arranged vertically.
The phone is protected from dust, water, and strong water pressure thanks to its IP68 and IP69 water-dust resistance ratings.
OPPO Reno 14: Features and Details
Display: A 6.59-inch flat AMOLED screen is a feature of the OPPO Reno 14. It has a 2760 x 1256 pixel FHD+ resolution. With a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1200 nits, the display provides a bright and fluid visual experience for scrolling.
The new Dimensity 8350 chipset from MediaTek, which is based on the 4nm process and has clock rates of up to 3GHz, is included in the Oppo Reno 14 5G phone. This chipset is ideal for mid-range performance because it has more than 1.4 million AnTuTu scores. It’s easy to use for gaming and multitasking, such as in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, however it could become a little hot when playing intense games.
The smartphone is equipped with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5X RAM. It provides up to 512GB of storage and up to 12GB of RAM. This is great for seamless performance and quick read/write speeds of data. While the overall performance is adequate for daily use, it is constrained for high-end applications (such as 4K editing).

Three back cameras are included with the Reno 14. It has an optical image stabilization (OIS) 50MP Sony main sensor.
It also features a 50MP JN5 periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor.
In daylight, photographs appear crisp and vibrant, particularly when taken in portrait mode, where the background blur is most effective. Although distant objects can be captured with a 120X digital zoom, the quality is mediocre. AI audio focus lowers noise in 4K 60FPS footage, but stabilization can be a little erratic.
Additionally, the phone has “Nano Ice Crystal” heat sink technology, which prevents overheating by absorbing heat three times more efficiently than ordinary graphite.
