He said, “I am happy to inform that under the Social Security Pension Scheme, all the elderly, disabled people and widow women will now get pension of ₹ 1100 instead of ₹ 400 every month.
All the beneficiaries will get increased pension from the month of July and it will be ensured that the amount is sent to the beneficiaries’ account on the 10th of the month. This will help 9690255 beneficiaries. “The elderly are a precious part of the society, and ensuring their respectable living is our top priority and the state government will continue to strive in this direction.
