To do the Tadasana, Firstly you have to stand straight with your feet together. Join your hands and slowly raise them upward while inhaling deeply. Hold on to this position for 10 to 15 seconds. To do the Tree pose or Vriskshasana, Slowly place one foot on the inner thigh of the other leg. join your hands and raise them upward while inhaling deeply. now, hold for 15-20 seconds, then exhale while bringing your hands down and standing on both the feet again. Repeat this same steps with the other leg too. this yoga will help you with better heart health and respiratory system.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

To do the Cobra pose of Bhujangasana, Keep your legs straight and place your palms beside your body. now, press your palms into the ground and lift the chest upward. hold the position for a few seconds then relax and return to the straight position, to keep your heart healthy and fine you should perform this yoga on daily basis.
