According to the statement, this year marked as the 19th edition of earth hour which coincided with world water day. during the event musician and wwf india’s hop and harmony ambassador shantanu moitra captivated the audience with a musical performance inspired by his 2,700 kilometer journey along the ganga river.

On Saturday, During the Earth Hour from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM residents helped save around 269 megawats of electricity by switching off the non-essential electrical appliances.
