The eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha will be held today at 11 AM at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be interacting with the students, teachers and the parents at the Bharat Mandapam. Also, this year, over 5 crore people and other participants are expected to join this event.
For the very First time, the event will have a whole new format. As the famous and big personalities will going to motivate the students, so the students can feel a little lighter and calm before their exams. According to the reports, Famous Actress Deepika Padukone, six-time world boxing champion MC Mary Kom, and the the famous spiritual leader sadhguru will be there to guide the students on managing the exam tension and stress. Also, they all will share tips to help students stay calm, confident and focused before and during the examination.

According to the recent reports, this time almost 36 students have been selected to directly interact with him. these students are from various institutions including the government schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, sainik schools, Navodaya Vidyalayas, CBSE and Eklavya Model Residential Schools.
Additionally, eight special episodes of Pariksha Pe Charcha will be released, featuring experts from different fields. These experts will share their experiences and valuable tips with students, helping them manage exam pressure and improve their performance. The event aims to inspire and motivate students to approach exams with confidence and a positive mindset.

In the session on Sports and Discipline, MC Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, and Suhas Yathiraj will discuss goal setting, resilience, and stress management through discipline. Mental Health will be highlighted by Deepika Padukone, who will talk about emotional well-being and the importance of self-expression.
Nutrition experts Sonali Sabharwal and Rujuta Diwekar will emphasize healthy eating habits and the role of good sleep in academic success, while food farmer Revanth Himatsingka will share insights on adopting a fine and healthy lifestyle.
