Pradhan Mantri Vidya Lakshmi Yojana: The government is running many schemes for the people of the country, in which many schemes related to education are also being run, through which efforts are being made to raise the level of education. Objective of the scheme
The objective of Pradhan Mantri Vidya Lakshmi Yojana is to provide educational opportunities to poor and helpless children so that those children who are not financially capable can get education without any problem and become self-reliant. For this, the government is providing a loan of Rs.50,000 to Rs. 6,50,000, in which only 10.5% to 12.75% interest will be charged per annum. So that the students who are not able to complete their education due to lack of money can complete their education by taking advantage of this scheme.

Eligibility
- Residents of India can apply for Pradhan Mantri Vidya Lakshmi Yojana.
- To apply for this, the age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years.
- It is mandatory for the candidate to have a bank account for this scheme.
- The benefit of this scheme will be available only when the annual income of the applicant’s family is less than ₹ 200000.
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, the applicant must have passed the 10th and 12th examinations with 50% marks.
- The benefit of this scheme will be given only if the applicant is studying in a higher institution.
