The IMD has issued alerts for heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Alerts for heavy rainfall have also been issued for Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Sikkim, Odisha, and Assam.
Rain Expected in Delhi
The Meteorological Department has issued a rain and thunderstorm alert for Delhi for October 7. Gusty winds reaching speeds of 30 km/h are anticipated. Today, October 7, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 32°C, while the minimum temperature is likely to hover around 22°C.
Weather Forecast for UP
The IMD has issued heavy rain alerts for Ghaziabad, Meerut, Agra, Mathura, Raebareli, and Amethi. Alerts for torrential rain have also been issued for Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Gautam Buddha Nagar, and Gorakhpur, with a likelihood of gusty winds.
