One particular result from these elections has taken everyone by surprise. The outcome of the Parbatsar Municipality election in the Deedwana-Kuchaman district of Rajasthan has become a major topic of discussion. In different wards here, BJP and RLP candidates received only a single vote each. Remarkably, BJP candidate Kailash Chandra did not even have a vote for himself in the ward where he was contesting.

Kailash Chandra was the BJP candidate for Ward Number 13. He had filed his nomination following party directives. However, when the results were declared, he received only one vote. In this ward, Congress’s Hina Khanam secured 376 votes, while independent candidate Rasheed Khan managed to garner 195 votes.
A notable detail is that Kailash Chandra could not even vote for himself, as he was not a registered voter in Ward Number 13; his family is registered in Ward Number 12. The fact that he received only one vote in the ward he contested from has brought the entire matter into the spotlight.
RLP Candidate Also Received 1 Vote
Bhanwarlal, the candidate for Ward Number 20 of the Parbatsar Municipality, also secured only one vote. This result has also drawn significant public attention.
