The 23rd instalment of the scheme was released on June 20, 2026. Looking at data from the previous year, the 21st instalment was transferred on November 20, 2025.
The 18th instalment was released on October 5, 2024. The Central Government provides a total of ₹6,000 annually in three instalments of ₹2,000 each. Each instalment is transferred at four-month intervals. Farmers have been waiting for the transfer of the next instalment for some time. Know when the scheme was launched
The Central Government launched the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in 2019. The first instalment under the scheme was released that same year. If you are eligible, you can get your name listed under the scheme. Registering for the scheme is a hassle-free process.
How can farmers complete e-KYC?
Visit the PM-Kisan portal. On the home page, locate the ‘Farmers Corner’ section on the right-hand side and click on the ‘e-KYC’ option. Next, you will need to enter your Aadhaar number and the image code (CAPTCHA) and click on ‘Search’.
You will then receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar.
Enter the OTP here and click on ‘Submit’.
Your e-KYC will then be completed easily.
Farmers can also complete these tasks.
If you wish to avail the benefits of the 24th instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, you must complete land verification in addition to e-KYC. You should also get registered in the Farmer Registry. Once these steps are completed, there will be no reason for the instalment payment to be withheld.
