It is said that this new electric car is essentially a version of the Kia Carens EV; notably, both Kia and Hyundai are part of the Hyundai Motor Group.

Regarding the price, it is worth noting that the Hyundai Neera electric car has currently been unveiled for the Indonesian market. Preparations for its launch are reportedly in full swing. As of now, the company has not revealed the final official launch date or the official price. However, considering the demand for EVs in the Indian auto market, it is speculated that the price could range between ₹20 lakh and ₹26 lakh upon its launch.

Regarding the features and specifications of this upcoming electric car, it will come equipped with LED strips, a digital instrument cluster, a digital screen, high-speed alerts, seatbelt reminders, a low-battery indicator, turn-by-turn navigation, automatic climate control, child locks, ventilated seats, alloy wheels, a smooth 12.3-inch integrated screen, an auto AC panel, parking sensors, airbags, and a host of other safety features.

Let’s look at the details regarding the range and battery power of this new MPV. It will feature a 42 kWh battery, with an option for a larger 51.4 kWh battery as well. The motor and its power output are set to be robust and impressive; the setup will generate 255 Nm of torque, supported by the 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh battery options.
In terms of charging, the electric car will support a 100 kW DC super-fast charger, offering a range of up to 490 km on a full charge.
