New Delhi: Abhijit Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), has been relentlessly targeting the central government in recent times. The movement, which began with Abhijit Dipke and hundreds of students gathering at Jantar Mantar, has now swelled to include thousands of students. He has launched a concerted campaign against the government.
He held the government accountable for the police action taken during the ‘Parliament March’ on July 20. He remarked that had the government put as much effort into preventing paper leaks as it did into installing jammers, deploying police, and erecting barricades, the lives of 22 youths could have been saved; however, it failed to do so. In fact, the CJP has been continuously agitating and demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the paper leak issue.

While it once seemed that the movement might remain limited to a small group, the huge turnout of students on July 20 proved that widespread discontent regarding the paper leak issue persists.

The party has surprised everyone by calling upon the youth to join the agitation in large numbers. The protest focuses on the paper leak issue as well as various other student demands and concerns.
Protesting students have been consistently demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Additionally, the CJP has shared details of the protest through a digital pamphlet, which is currently circulating rapidly on social media. CJP makes a major appeal to students
The Cockroach Janata Party announced the nationwide protest for July 24 via social media. The CJP has called for the public reading of students’ demands before the gathered crowds during the protest and has urged people to express solidarity with those facing police action. The organisation announced that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the protest, along with publicity material and a draft memorandum, has been made available on its website. The post concludes with the slogans “Inquilab Zindabad” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” appealing to people across the country to join this peaceful protest.
