The department has forecast varied rainfall across the districts on Monday, with possibilities ranging from moderate to heavy showers in different areas. An ‘Orange Alert’ has been issued for the entire state.
The Meteorological Department has also indicated that heavy rainfall is expected in various regions until July 22, with ‘Yellow Alerts’ issued for some areas. Similar rainy conditions are predicted to prevail for the next five days. Additionally, the impact of heavy rainfall is being observed in regions stretching from Bihar to Jharkhand.

Rainfall Forecast
There is a risk of heavy rain and storms in several districts of Uttar Pradesh, including Meerut, Agra, Varanasi, Sultanpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Gonda, and others. The Meteorological Department has warned of storms accompanied by wind speeds reaching up to 70 km/h.
‘Orange’ and ‘Yellow’ alerts have also been issued for areas such as Sambhal, Lalitpur, and their surroundings due to the likelihood of heavy rain. Heavy rainfall is expected to continue throughout the day across these regions.

According to the Meteorological Department, a warning for heavy rainfall has been issued for Bihar; very heavy rain is predicted for Monday. Strong winds are also expected in several areas, with speeds reaching approximately 40 kilometers per hour.
Red alerts have even been issued in several places, and travel has been advised against.
