Monsoon Alert: The south-west monsoon seems to be progressing rapidly these days. Due to the activity of the monsoon, the rainy season continues in many states of the country. Monsoon has also entered Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. Now the people of Delhi NCR are waiting for the monsoon rains.
It is expected that the wait for the people of Delhi NCR will also be over in the next two days, i.e. by Thursday. On the other hand, monsoon rains have disrupted normal life in the northeastern states also. It is raining heavily in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Nagaland.

It has been cloudy in western Uttar Pradesh since morning. At many places, there has been rain accompanied by thunder and lightning. Drizzle is continuing in many parts. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in many states.
There will be heavy rain from 3rd to 5th July.
According to the Meteorological Department, a new Western Disturbance is going to be active in North-West India from July 2. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of rain and storm in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit and Baltistan.

It is expected that strong winds will blow in Muzaffarabad, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and NCR till July 6. At the same time, an alert of heavy rain was issued in Eastern Uttar Pradesh from 3-5 July. At the same time, a period of strong winds along with rain can be seen in Uttarakhand on Wednesday.
Entry of monsoon in UP
Monsoon has arrived in many parts of Uttar Pradesh. Due to rain in many areas on Tuesday, the withered crops of farmers became drenched in glory. Maximum rainfall of 157 mm was recorded in Bareilly and 106 mm in Lalitpur. Whereas, 99.4 mm rainfall was recorded in Lakhimpur Kheri, 69 mm in Ayodhya and 66 mm in Ambedkar Nagar.

The scorching heat continues in the country’s capital, Delhi. The maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 40.5 degrees Celsius at 5:30 pm on Tuesday. Yesterday, the temperature remained up to 53.5 degrees Celsius. Technically,l y there was no heat wave in Delhi, but the humidity made people drenched in sweat.
Rain Warning for Delhi-NCR
According to the Meteorological Department, cloudy conditions persist in Delhi-NCR. A drop of approximately 7 to 8 degrees Celsius in the maximum temperature has been recorded. The weather turned pleasant on July 1; the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 37 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius. A drop in temperature was noted on July 2. An alert for rain accompanied by thunderstorms has been issued for July 3. Rainfall is likely on July 4, and rain may also occur on July 5 and 6.
