Renault
Renault has unveiled the 2025 facelift of its popular compact MPV, the Triber. Known for its practical design, flexible seating, and affordability, the Triber has carved out a niche in the Indian market. With the 2025 update, Renault aims to enhance the appeal of the vehicle with refreshed styling, more features, and improved safety, while keeping its value-for-money proposition intact.

Refreshed Exterior Styling
The 2025 Triber facelift introduces a more modern and dynamic front-end design. The revised front grille now features a bolder chrome finish, flanked by updated LED headlights that offer improved visibility and a more premium appearance. The bumper has been redesigned to include a sportier air dam and sleeker fog lamp housings. The rear receives subtle tweaks, including new LED tail lamps and a revised bumper with faux skid plates, giving it a more SUV-inspired look. New alloy wheel designs and fresh body color options also help the Triber stand out on the road.
Improved Interior & New Features
Inside, Renault has focused on enhancing comfort and technology. The cabin layout remains spacious and modular, with its signature 7-seat flexibility, but now includes better quality materials and new fabric options for the seats. The biggest update comes in the form of a larger 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, and rear AC vents with fan speed control add to the convenience factor.

Renault has also added more storage areas throughout the cabin, making the Triber even more practical for family outings and long drives. The second and third-row seats continue to offer foldable and removable options, allowing for multiple configurations, including a 5-seater or increased cargo space.
Performance & Safety
The 2025 Triber facelift retains the 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine, producing around 72 PS and 96 Nm of torque. It is available with a 5-speed manual gearbox and an optional AMT (automated manual transmission). While not a performance car, the engine is tuned for efficiency and city drivability, making it ideal for urban families.
Renault has improved the Triber’s safety package in the new model. Standard safety features now include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, seatbelt reminders, and a high-speed alert system. Higher variants offer four airbags, a rear-view camera, and ESC (Electronic Stability Control), which adds to the overall safety quotient.
Pricing & Competition
Renault continues to price the Triber competitively, aiming at budget-conscious buyers looking for a 7-seater vehicle. The facelifted model is expected to start around ₹6 lakh (ex-showroom) and will rival cars like the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Kia Carens, and even entry-level variants of compact SUVs.
The 2025 Renault Triber facelift strengthens its position as one of the most value oriented MPVs in the market. With updated looks, enhanced features, and a practical interior, it continues to be a smart choice for families who need space and flexibility without spending a fortune.
